Employee Well Being
The statistics around work-related stress, depression and anxiety in Britain are quite shocking, with 526,000 cases and 12.5 million work days lost in 2016/2017.
Historically companies have integrated the element of health and wellbeing within employee benefits, focused around simple discounted gym membership and occasionally employee assistance programmes.
However, I believe to do the best and then ultimately get the best out of your employees this approach doesn’t go far enough. As a qualified Pilates instructor, I believe the benefits to employees could be immeasurable! I can offer classes, designed within and around the business needs including early morning pre-work, lunch and post work sessions. The lunchtime sessions work well, especially for employees who spend hours at a desk.
