Here at Shape Yourself, we believe exercise classes should be fun not frantic!

And our workout classes are a perfect example, either online or at one of our community venues (when allowed) we like to mix it up. You will find classes ranging from HIIT, and kettlebells, toning and stretches, through to good old-fashioned exercise to music – Aerobics (we don’t wear the Lycra and legwarmers thank Heavens!)

We have enough variety that you will never get bored.

2 left feet? that doesn’t matter as long as you are moving and having fun you will fit right in.

All of my classes are full of friendly members who will welcome you and you will soon feel like you have always been there.

Pilates
(Online/Community/1-2-1)

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.

 

Pilates moves tend to target the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well. You can do Pilates with or without equipment but no matter what, the moves involve slow, precise movements and breath control.

 

Pilates is a full-body exercise method that will help you do everything better. It strengthens and stabilizes your core body, which is your foundation, so that you can move efficiently while improving your posture, flexibility, and mobility.

Losing weight and keeping it off is never easy, but with my experience and support and the aid of our own Nutrition plan, created by our own inhouse nutritionist, we will make it as straight forward as we can.

I believe in looking at your health as a whole, not just a number on a scale or restricting what you eat and so with great recipes and lots of encouragement we will get there.

Our eating plan is available on line and when we are in the community, we can track your progress together, with confidential weigh ins and 1-2-1 advice and support.

What will it cost me?
What will I need?

Online -

  • A charged device with internet connection to view your workouts

  • An area clear of obstructions (Cats, Dogs, small children)

  • A drink of water

  • Trainers (not required for pilates) and comfortable clothing (layers are best so you can take off when warm)

  • an exercise mat (or a bath towel if you dont have one)
  • A smile and a sense of humour

I will talk you through everything and make sure I answer any questions you may have.  It is simply a case of filling out a basic health questionnaire form so I can assess you, and then deciding what classes you would like to join and discuss your goals.
