Hi, my name is Vikki Radford.

A married mum of two, with 1 dog, 2 gerbils and fish!, Phew!

When not taking care of all that lot I run my own fitness classes.

I am fully insured, fully qualified and passionate about providing a personal service!

​

Shape Yourself was born out of a desire to do things differently. We all know the traditional slimming and weight loss programmes, Slimming World and Weight Watchers being household names and are still very popular. I do offer the weigh in and food advice but its more about the whole picture, I believe the key to health, including maintaining a good weight is balance!

Eat well, sleep well, exercise and spend time relaxing doing the things you love!

My classes are a designed to be fun not frantic, I’ll be encouraging to help you get the most out of the class, without any shouting or screaming!

​

The sessions are a unique blend of healthy eating and exercise, promoting the maintenance of a healthy lifestyle for life, rather than just for summer holidays.

​

My groups are inclusive and supportive, you might even make some lifelong friends!

​

Don’t be nervous if you haven’t exercised before or have any health or medical conditions, we can have a chat prior to the class to go over any concerns you have, and I can ensure the level of excersise is right for you.

​

1 to 1 Pilates can also be arranged, these can be done at a time and place to suit you, this is good for people who struggle for time or have mobility problems.
